I am so thrilled with the decision I made to have the Gastric Sleeve procedure done. At my highest weigh, 278lbs. I had constant headaches and high blood pressure that was totally out of control! I was prediabetic and having joint pain and muscle spasms in my back.

My procedure was done May 17, 2016... the day that my life changed. I am now enjoying activities with my family such as snow skiing, running in 5k’s, swimming, paddle boarding and bike riding. I used to be on the sidelines watching my family have fun, now I am having fun with them!

My high blood pressure, prediabetes and back spasms are a thing of the past!

I am so grateful to Dr Sebastian and his staff for my new lease on life.
